The program

How a fleet rollout works

Written for fleet managers and marketing leads who need a clear plan, a predictable budget, and minimal downtime.

  1. Fleet audit

Send your vehicle list: year, make, model, box lengths, and photos of current graphics.

  2. Brand standard

We design the core layout once and adapt it to each vehicle type you run.

  3. Per-vehicle pricing

A square-foot price for each vehicle type, so you can budget the whole rollout.

  4. Phased installs

Two or three vehicles at a time, scheduled around your routes.

  5. Files on record

New and replacement vehicles match the fleet without starting over.

Fleet questions

Planning a refresh? Read the fleet branding checklist.

How do you keep a fleet consistent across different vehicles?

We build a brand standard first: logo placement, colors, phone and web size, and the core message. Then we adapt that standard to each make, model, and box length you run, so a Transit and a 26-foot box truck clearly belong to the same company.

Do we have to take every vehicle off the road at once?

No. We schedule fleets in phases, usually two or three vehicles at a time, around your routes and slow days.

Can you match graphics on vehicles we add later?

Yes. We keep your fleet files and specs on record, so a new vehicle next year matches the rest.

Do you offer fleet pricing?

Fleet projects are quoted per vehicle by square footage, and the design work is shared across the fleet, so larger rollouts cost less per vehicle in design. Ask for a fleet quote with your vehicle list.

Can you remove old graphics before installing new ones?

Yes. We remove old vinyl and adhesive, assess the paint, and then install the new graphics.
