How much does a vehicle wrap cost in Chicago?
At Sheridan Print, spot graphics start at $350, partial wraps fall in between, and full wraps range from $3,000 to $7,000 depending on the size of the vehicle. Every job is priced by the square foot of vinyl, so you get an exact number once we know the vehicle and how much of it you want covered.

Our price ranges
| Project | What it covers | Price |
|---|---|---|
| Spot graphics | Logo, lettering, and phone number on doors, tailgate, or rear windows | From $350 |
| Partial wrap | Sides and rear, blended into the vehicle's paint | Between spot graphics and a full wrap |
| Full wrap | Every painted surface except glass | $3,000–$7,000 by vehicle size |
| Box trucks & trailers | Box sides and rear, cab optional | By square foot of the box |
| Fleets | Many vehicles on one design standard | Per vehicle, design shared across the fleet |
Why we price by the square foot
Square-foot pricing ties your cost to the material and labor your project actually uses. A compact SUV with door logos and a 26-foot box truck with a full wrap are different jobs, and the price should show that. It also makes quotes easy to compare: you can see exactly what changes if you go from a partial wrap to a full one.
What moves the price up or down
- Vehicle size. A 26-foot box truck carries roughly twice the vinyl of a 16-foot box.
- Coverage. Spot graphics, partial, or full.
- Vehicle shape. Deep recesses, rivets, and compound curves take more install time.
- Film and laminate. Premium cast films and specialty finishes cost more and last longer.
- Design. Custom illustration or photo retouching adds time; simple layouts do not.
- Surface prep. Removing old graphics or adhesive adds labor.
Fleet pricing
For fleets, the design is built once and adapted to each vehicle type, so design time is shared across the fleet. Material and installation are priced per vehicle by square foot. Send a vehicle list and we can quote the whole rollout at once. See our fleet program.
How to get an exact quote
- Year, make, and model, or box length and height.
- Three or four photos of the vehicle.
- Your logo and the message you want on the vehicle.
- Your timeline.
Our designer sends a first mockup with the square-foot price, so you see what you are paying for before you commit.
